With hands-on experience inspecting homes and commercial properties across the Chicago land area, ETP Home Inspections was built on one simple belief: buyers and sellers deserve honest, thorough information — no sugarcoating, no shortcuts.
Before founding ETP, Erik developed a deep understanding of how buildings are put together — and how they fail. That background means he knows exactly where to look and what to look for, whether it's a 1950s bungalow or a modern commercial facility.
Every inspection is performed personally by Erik. You'll always work directly with him, not a subcontractor, and you'll receive a clear, detailed report you can actually use.
